  • Full-service project management of construction, installation and demolition projects, including budgets, engineering, scheduling, procurement and on-site construction management.
  • Management of Brymark workforce and/or subcontractor forces.
  • Level of management customized to client requirements, from segments of projects to complete concept-to-startup jobs, design, build and install.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the customer – we become part of their team.
  • Use of industry-standard scheduling software based on customer requirements.


Projects

  • BC Hydro’s John Hart Dam – management and completion of spill-gate refurbishment, including design, supply, installation and environmental protection plan.
  • Saskatchewan Wheat Pool – full-service project management for replacement of bag house, including scheduling and management of subcontractors.
