We believe safety should never be compromised – at Brymark, safety takes priority over cost and production. The protection, safety and health of our employees is of fundamental importance to us, and our concern extends to the security of our clients’ personnel, employees, production equipment and facilities.
We understand that safety requires equal involvement and responsibility at all levels. We’re continuously upgrading all of our employees’ safety knowledge and empowering them to be active participants in creating a safe and healthy workplace. Brymark Installations believes all injuries are preventable, and every effort is made to identify hazards, inform those who would be affected by the hazards, and eliminate, control or reduce the risk of those hazards.
Our efforts have resulted in a positive relationship with the Worker's Compensation Board of British Columbia and its safety programs (see Performance Record for details). But we never stop working to improve our safety performance. That’s why we subscribe to JMJ Associates’ Incident and Injury Free® program, which is dedicated to analyzing and upgrading safety systems and programs to create a true zero-injury work environment.
